Well I eventually got round to coming the club tonight (Mon). I had a fantastic run. I really enjoyed myself. Like to thank eveyone for the warm welcome and hopefully see you Wed.
great run i had, im pleased with the milage we done. it was a gr8 effort by all and i can feel it today my legs are so sore, although thts a good thing
I havent met you yet, I've been working away in Sellafield, missing the club runs terribly. I joined a few months ago and have missed the last 3 or 4 weeks. Everyone is so friendly, its a great club. I will be back next week, cant wait. Where Ive been has been too dark and dangerous to run, no street lights and no pavements. Then all the floods. Nightmare !!!!

Its the handicap on Monday John up on the bypass if your making that session, this lot very kindly agreed to change the day from Wednesday as I fly to Vegas on Thurs and I didnt want to do such a hard session so close ( also will have me feet up and glass of Chardonnay in hand by 7 p,m on wed!!! just a small one tho!!)

oh my God with all these new members will need a bigger register. Will be at the handicap Monday so hopefully will catch up with everyone.. Leg is on the mend..
I didn't go! lol. I was still tired from my christmas night out on friday, took one look at the weather and decided not to go!
