Hi everyone

Just a quick update for the next few weeks:

Mon 23rd Nov is going to be a practise run of the handicap. This is so all members are clear on the course and we dont have any mishaps!

Mon 30th nov- Christmas Handicap

Mon 7th Nov- short run, then Presentation Evening. As usual if everyone can bring a nibble or something for afterwards that would be great. We are also going to be doing the secret santa- limit is £5.

Wed 16th Dec- no run, Christmas meal @ The Abbey. Some of you have already passed through your menu choices- if you haven't can you please do so ASAP as we need to confirm numbers. Not sure what is happening re payment. Les said he was going to see if we could pay on night (if you haven't done so already)- Les can you confirm please?

It is the old YMCA- now called Central Fitness, on North Road. Receptionist will point you in the right direction as to where we meet inside the building

As I've missed the handicap practice, could anyone have a go at explaining the route to me.

Thanks, John
