Been working away as you may or may not know. Doing a bit of training in the evenings. The thing is, where I am, theres no street lights and mostly no pavements. The roads are quiet but I want to be seen when some boy racer comes flying towards me in his 1.1 cleo with extra big exhaust to make it sound faster than it really is.
Where do you get those flashing armband things from and how much are they.
sounds like a challenge!!! I got mine from pete bland sports in kendal, you can order them online, I think Rach got hers from aldi?? they are the same! I think any good running hsop should sell them, where abouts are you in the world??!!!

hi yes i got them from aldi. only a couple of quid. i know JJB sell yellow vests- they may well sell lights too. if not, try a specialist running shop like up and running etc, they will sell some.
