There is still time to get your grand prix races in. There are two 5.25 mile races which you can count as your 5 mile times. Silverdale is 22nd Nov which Chris did last year and is a great area to run near Carnforth. The other is a womens only race in Salford which Chris is not doing.
Normally the Grand Prix is up to the end of November, however in the past we have occassinally allowed races up the middle of Dec to give people the best chance to complete the 4 races. So if you do the Guys 10 miler (6th Dec) or Stockport 10 (13th Dec) they can be used for this years or next years Grand Prix. These races can only be used to count once i.e. to this years or next years Grand Prix not both.
