A massive thank you to everyone who helped push my car on Wed night!!  Just think of it as extra training!!  A lovely RAC man came and fixed it so I eventually made it home albeit much later than I'd planned.

Glad you got home eventually, pushing the car was an unusual warm down!

Due to force of habit we were all running as we pushed the car even though we were moving at a snails pace.

You know, I hardly ever miss training- but look what happens when I do?! Sounds highly exciting (although not for Jenny obviously). Glad you got back in one piece and nice one Striders :)

Can someone post up who attended the session last night for the register?

I posted list on other thread and missed Brian!!! sorry Brian!! Rach it was a great advert for striders all the guys pushing he car down college st!!flashin lights and viz jackets galore!!! glad you got home safe jenny.
