Hi everyone. I sent out the training plan last night by email. Let me know if you have not got it and i will resend. Hopefully iv added all new members to the mailing list. Ran a 5km this mornin in wimbledon common. It is part of the park run series sponsored by nike and sweatshop. It is free to enter, and there are lots of them about. Our nearest one is stockport but maybe we will get one in liverpool one day! Did 23:06, not my best time but not bad as not done many short races recently.

hi denzil, yes we meet inside CF, usually leave about 7:05.
