Hello another year another rejection thats 3 on the bounce only another 2 and they have to let me in now looking at Paris, Edinburgh or possibly the one Rach and Jo are doing in the peak district ? Then hopefully the Mersey in Oct if not going ahead I have read of a great challenge in Staff
i read about that 24 hour challenege- it looks fabulous. jo turn to page 86 in runners world this month!! Sorry you got rejected again- its very unfortunate but at least you got to run it last year. Plus I think Sarah fancies a trip to Paris in the spring :)

you have 24 hours to do as many loops of a 10k course and your team can be anything from 2 -8 people £200 per team this includes camping pitch hot showers etc,if you had 8 in team then this would equate to approx 3 hours running each although t person who starts each loop has to see it through sounds good fun its of road and half done in the dark ?
Im defo up for this!! Rach txt me about it just as i was finishin a horrible 15.5 miler in brutal weather in Kendal, awful!! was goin for 18 but lost the will to live with the constant gale force wind in me face!! im sure ive trained me mental strength somewhat tho! I would go for doin it with less in the team!! more running, more challenge!!! but then again more cost!!! some do it solo i read or in 2's? Ouch!!!!!and bigger ouch on the pocket at £200 entry fee!! i wonder when you have to enter.
