I have just entered the Gawsworth 10k to complete my set for the gran prix , its on the 13th Sept only £6 for club runners and its advertised as flat and rural its just outside Macclesfield.
This will be my last run before Langdale marathon which is the weekend after, a couple of people from Striders have very kindly offered to sponsor me if anybody else wants to all proceeds raised are going to a very worthwile cause THE WILLOWBROOK HOSPICE

hi gary, i am going to do the penny lane 10km- anyone else want to do this one? good luck in the langdale, you have done lots of training so I am sure it will go well.biggrin
