Spoken to a few people and they have suggested later on because of work/being out on the sun so how about 6:30 at the Red Cat? We can do Shaley brow and have a go on some of the paths round there? Its nearly the same time that we go running normally so hope that will be ok with people?
Just got back from hols , will try to get up to Red Cat for 6.30 Just done Shaley,s this morning . It seemed higher , should be better at it tomorrow !!!!
