Just a quick note for those taking part in Chorley on Wednesday If you wish to meet up and travel in convoy/share lifts, we are going to be meeting at the Waterside @ 6.15pm to leave together for Chorley. I know a few of you will be making your own way from work so will see you there. If you have not already registered for the races you can do so on the day.

Monday run, meet at Waterside @ 4pm for those who want to, can go on a run around the dam and up to Billinge. Nice and easy

Sorry Chris, my fault. Didnt think anyone was coming and I came back late from Oulton park. Glad you managed to have a nice and easy jog. Will definately be there tomorrow for the Chorley
