Just wondered if anyone wanted to get together and go for a run on monday seeing as it is bank hol and we wont be having a club night. Nothing to strenuous. Any takers? Can discuss @ handicap tomorrow
Rachel, run on monday sounds good, but already in a race. It's a 15K multi-terrain race at Waterloo in Liverpool if anyone fancies it. Entry on the day is allowed and it starts at 11.30AM. Let me know if you want more info. Should be at handicap tomorrow.
