No-one has posted anything for a few days so i thought i would get the ball rolling. A few people @ the meal mentioned taking part in the chorley 10miler in May- has anyone else applied for this yet? I get paid on friday so will probably send my form off then. I want to do the Penny Lane 10km this year too as I missed it last year, think it is the 22nd June. Not got anything else planned apart from those and the Chorley!

I also forgot to say....... I dont know if any of you read the daily mail on sunday, but inside was a picture of Vicky/Nicky (the blonde Police Officer?) who used to run with us!
It was a picture of her in her uniform and they were saying how much equipment PO's had to carry on them these days.
Not sure of the 10 miler yet it is the bank holiday weekend, plus a duathlon the day before I quite fancy - however have a summer garden party the day of penny lane 10k - sorry the champagne is an attractive enticement.
Don't suppose the 18th May is free for you for Prestwich - I think I am now a girl short for the team. Not sure if you are still camping??
good to be off road last night - anyone have any suggestion for routes over the summer that might be void of people, kids, bikes and dogs?
