Its that time again! I know you have all been taking part in races recently so please can you give me a short race report- only needs to be a few lines. If you have any pictures too then I can include that too.
I also need a volunteer for the 'Meet the Strider' section. If i dont get any then I shall pounce on someone at training so be warned!
