Does anybody have the results from the Christmas handicap and the summer handicap series please? I am going to include them in the newsletter. also the grand prix winners.
Frank- i sent you an email but i dont know if you have got it. Wont be going on run tomorrow,going to see a physio next week so will train again after that.
hi rachel sorry only just seen your e. mail . Will bring the the results for both handicaps next time I see you. How your gets better soon , ice it three times a day for about 15 mins. . Dawn is right you increased your mileage to quickly, have a few days complete rest from running , good luck at the physio see you soon frank
Rach, I have the Handicap information, unfortunately I havn't been able to get down to the club to put it on the notice board. I do intend to call in tomorrow. I hope your recovery goes well.
