For those who couldn't go to training tonight.... a few of us have arranged to meet up this Sunday (13th) for a long run. Meet at the Game Bird Pub (nee the Royal Oak) on the East lancs for a 12pm start. Plan is to go down coach road to Rainford and then take a few country paths.
In next few weeks I will also start chasing for the Haigh Hall relays. Will wait til Dawn gets back to sort out the official side but I would like names of people who would like to take part- be good for the club to get a mention in the paper again and also to show a face in a local race. Let me know at training if you want to take part and I can start to arrange teams.
