Hello boys and girls and Frank...
just to let you know Aldi have flashing arm bands in four for £3.99.
Was going to buy some and put them on the scaffolding on North Road so Frank does not ride into it !!!
PS other running gear as well, so watch out for it in your xmas stocking from well meaning relatives

4 for 4 quid?does this mean we can all wear a flashing light on each arm and ankle? Just imagine what a sight that will be running up Burrows Lane on a dark night
