Bank Holiday Monday Run

Hello all,

After talking to the others at training last night, we have decided to run up Shaley Brow again on Bank holiday Monday as we dont have any training.

If anyone would like to come, we can meet in the Red Cat car park at 7pm so it can just be treated like a normal Monday session.

Plan is to climb the hill and then maybe through the woods?

Dawn- hopefully you can make this one!

Frank- Are your stabilisers ready yet??

Carla- The map of the pub can be found on this link: http://www.multimap.com/maps/?&t=l&map=53.6249,-2.569|16|4&loc=GB:53.6249:-2.569:16#t=l&map=53.49302,-2.74959|16|4&loc=GB:53.49302:-2.74959:16|WA11%208RU|WA11%208RU

Just follow the road past Fairfield Hospital, turn left at the top of the road through Crank and then the pub is on your right hand side around the corner.

Hope to see lots of us there smile

Rach

Can I just add that I also went training on bank holiday Monday nightbiggrin Sorry I missed the post about Shaley.I'll be down for the handicap though, despite having a broken ankle, hamstring strain, runner's knee, appendicitis and guinness belly. I time trialed myself over a three mile course at the weekend and did a time of 48 minutes 59.9 seconds.Just for information purposes
