It's as quiet as the JJB in here.Anyone got any races planned? I've finally ditched my chest infection and am scouring Runners World to start my summer racing programme, so far I've only got Penny Lane 10k pencilled in.
I quite fancy the penny lane race. Its two days after i come back from holiday though so I will probably be incredibly unfit! I ran the sheffield half today and got a new PB which I am quite pleased about. I am looking at the Liverpool ten km, june 3rd. It is now part of the City v City initiative (london v glasgow v liverpool). Its only £8 to enter. What do people think? See you all at training tomorrow (providing my legs aren't wobbly) Rach
i am running the 10k through the tunnel, its a nice finish along the prom at new brighton,i fancy penny lanes 10k too, part of that is on otterspool prom. any other ideas
I've just entered the Wincle Village Trout Run on June 2nd- you can't beat a 1000 foot climb folowed by a free trout, already sent my entry off for Penny Lane 10k.
I may enter penny lane 10k depending on circumstances nearer the date - if not might come along and cheer you on has this been confirmed as a striders collective event?
